私の娘が、2018年2月12日に
大学名誉を授与されることになりました！
大学学長からの招待状を見た時
喜びで涙が溢れました。
本当に、我が子は
神様からの
一番大きな贈り物ですね！
私は子どもたちの
教育において
賞を取りなさいなど
プレッシャーをかけたことはありません。
ただ、ベストを尽くしなさいと
言ってきました。
とても娘を誇りに思います。
彼女は３月から医師になるための
コースに進みます。
引き続きサポートできることが嬉しいです。
Achievements…
The coldest month of the year (as most Japanese would say) has come!
I hope everyone’s keeping warm and cautious about health.
In a little while it will be Spring so save your energy for the different activities, may it be in or outdoor.
Today, I would like to share to you one of my daughter’s achievements as a College student and just like any parent, I consider my children as “The Greatest Gift of All”.
Last week, I got a letter from the University President about my daughter’s scholastic achievement in which I was invited to witness the University’s Honors’ Day.
She will be awarded the College Honor on February 12, 2018.
I can’t help my tears (of joy) as I read the letter/invitation.
I know that both my children are doing their best to excel in their respective classes but I never pressured them to get any “achievements”.
I always tell them to do their best and that’s more than enough for me.
No need to prove themselves to make me proud for I am already a Proud Mom ever since.
A Doctor in the Making…
She will be graduating in March with the course, Bachelor of Science in Psychology afterwhich, she plans to proceed to Medical School to become a Doctor.
God willing, I will still be able to support her education with good health and sound mind.
