私たちは、６年生の女子学生の生徒さんから、手作りチョコケーキを、さっき頂きました🙌
嬉しい😄
そして、とても美味しかったです❤
ご存知の通りずっと以前から、日本では、女性（女子）から男性（男子）へ、女友だちから、友だちへチョコ🍫をあげるとか、お返しは、ホワイトデーに男の人からチョコやクッキーを返すなど、変わったスタイルのバレンタインデーになっていますが😆
海外では、やはり、👨から👩へ、（👩から👨へもあるけど）、バレンタインカードやプレゼント🎁を渡すのが主流です。
ホワイトデーは特にないですね😃
きっこ英会話では、子どもたちから、ママやパパに素敵なバレンタインカード❤を英語で、作りました。
It’s the month of the “hearts” once again! For some, Valentine’s Day is just an ordinary day. But in Japan, there’s a unique tradition in celebrating Valentine’s day. Ladies would give cookies or chocolates to men – a friend, co-worker, husband, father, son or someone special to them and in return, they will receive the same a month after to celebrate “White Day”
According to history, Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is an annual holiday celebrated on February 14 – the celebration of love and affection. We do this by sending greeting cards and gifts, dating, church services. Approximately 150 million Valentine’s Day cards are exchanged annually, making Valentine’s Day the second most popular card-sending holiday after Christmas.
This year, our kids will be making a very simple but special Valentine’s card for their moms and dads.
